A site visit is scheduled on 21 July, 2020 between 9:00-11:00 AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at the entrance to the mechanical room BLDG 1010, JBLM, WA. This will be the only site visit conducted, requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with CPT Elena Savchenko no later than 2:00 PM PDT on July 20, 2020. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Mitch Hayes via email at mitchell.r.hayes2.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on July 20, 2020. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to CPT Savchenko at elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil. Proposals are due by 27 July 2020 no later than 3:00PM PDT.
