US Army Joint Base Religious Support Office has a requirement for a chapel musician for Protestant services at the main post chapel at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals using Best Value-Lowest Price Technically Acceptable selection procedure with the following technical factors: 1. Ability to read sheet music 2. Musical Proficiency: a. Sub-factor: Pianist skill b. Sub-factor: Organ skill 3. Communication: a. Sub-factor: Oral communication skill b. Sub-factor: Written communication skill A firm fixed-price contract award will be made in accordance with the: 1. Schedule of Services; 2. Performance Work Statement; 3. Special Instructions; 4.
