This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document with incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Coveralls and Rags Rentals and Laundering Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at JBLM, WA. The Ordering Period is from 25 September 2019 through 24 September 2024. This will be a full and open competitive procurement effort open to all capable and qualified business concerns, regardless of business size, under NAICS code 812332 - Industrial Launderers. The applicable PSC is W084 - Lease or Rental of Clothing, Individual Equipment.
