The contractor must provide instructional support for four iterations of the Analytical Laboratory Systems (ALS) Operator’s Course for military Civil Support Teams. The course has an annual throughput of 32 students, a maximum of 8 students per course, and a required 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio. Tasks must align with ALS training concepts developed at HDCSO and comply with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 (Jul 2017). This is a continuous requirement needed immediately to maintain Soldiers’ domestic readiness for CONUS consequence management.
