A Request for Proposals (RFQ) will be posted under Solicitation Number W911S7-25-R-A015 on or after 18 February 2026. This acquisition will be a total 8(a) Small Business Concern set-aside. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) optional periods of one (1) year each. The Contractor shall support all digital training instruction and event support occurring within the desingated complex in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which will include the scope of work, instructions, and descriptions of the work that shall be performed.
