Leonard Wood, MO, hereby announces... This announcement constitutes a Pre-Solicitation Notice (Synopsis) in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort. Leonard Wood, MO, hereby announces it intent to issue a solicitation for a small business set-aside, Firm Fixed-Price Requirements contract for carpet and flooring services supporting the United States Army Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a follow-on requirement of an existing contract expiring in October 2025. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. The Government intends to issue a formal solicitation via the System for Awards Management (SAM), and conduct Source Selection Board in accordance with FAR Part 13 with elements of FAR Part 15 and DoD Source Selection Procedures, on/about fifteen (15) days from the publication/posting date of this Notice. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238330 (Flooring and Carpet). The size standard for this NAICS Code is $19 million. The Government intends to award a requirements contract resulting from this solicitation. The duration of the contract will include a one-year base period plus four optional periods. The estimated value of this effort is $5,712,221.87. Project Scope: This requirement provides for contractor support to install various types of flooring throughout Fort Leonard Wood on an as needed basis. These services are an integral part of supporting the base infrastructure. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the installation of resilient floor tile, carpeting, linoleum, and hardwood flooring. The work to be performed may include carpet and flooring replacement, maintenance, and repair as part of routine life cycle maintenance of buildings. The work may not cover new projects or constructions. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and material, as specified herein, for installation and replacement of carpet and other floor covering materials. This is a task order-style contract in which individual task orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed in specific buildings, to be completed in a specific amount of time. The solicitation will be posted at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities under the Solicitation Number W911S7-25-R-A007 on or after 20 May 2025 with an anticipated quote due date of 27 June 2025.
