This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01 effective 20 December 2018. This is a Total Small Business set-aside under 327320 – Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. requires the following items (see attachment): Attachment 1 SOW for Air Force Training Facility All Items quoted shall be FOB Destination to Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. All quotes shall include all cost associated with supplying, transportation and delivery. Award will be based upon the vendor offering the lowest price for the items conforming to the salient technical characteristics as specified for the item. Type of Contract: The government anticipates a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement of a firm-fixed-price three year contract.
