The local clause removed is 5152.204-4001. 01-31-2020 The purpose of this amendment is to remove local clause 5152.204-4001, change the Contracting Officer Point of Contact throughout, and to clarify answers to the Questions and Answers. 01-29-2020 The purpose of this amendment is to add the correct Technical Exhibit TE 1.16 to Section J Technical Exhibits and to clarify offers due date. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri is seeking proposals to support the United States Army, Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF). This requirement is to provide Facilities Operation and Maintenance on site at the CDTF Fort Leonard Wood Missouri In accordance with the PWS. This requirement is non-commercial in nature due to the high complexity and nature of the hazardous chemicals/toxic agents involved. The general scope of the requirement will be to provide comprehensive facilities maintenance and operate and maintain the chemical testing sites to include but not limited to decontamination of equipment and facility, disposal of chemical waste, decontamination and maintenance of personal protective equipment, assisting in the handling and disposal of highly toxic chemical substances. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210; Facilities Support Services. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is S216. The place of performance will be at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. This will be full and open competition without exclusion of sources. In the event of only one offer received the government will NOT resolicit. The government anticipates a single award firm-fixed-price contract for consisting of a base year and four option years.
