The NAICS code is 238330, Flooring Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has a requirement for Flooring Repair and Replacement Contract for facilities within the Fort Leonard Wood Installation and the Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area (LORA). Work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal public holidays. All work performed shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance will consist of One (1) Base Year and Four (4) One-Year ordering periods. The place of performance will be Fort Leonard Wood, MO and LORA. The magnitude of this project is between $4,000,000.00 and $6,000,000.00. This action will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) Requirements Contract. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted under solicitation number W911S7-20-Q-0100 on or about 17 July 2020 on the System for Awards Management (SAM).
