Extended RFQ proposal date from 1 September to 4 September, at 10 a.m. CT. 14 Aug 2020, Amendment 00001: The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: Reference FAR 52.237-1, An organized site visit has been scheduled for 20 August 2020 at 10 a.m. Central time. Participants will meet at the Main Entrance Lobby of Building 11400 Nebraska Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Written questions shall be submitted to thomas.f.cavalier.civ@mail.mil not later than Monday, 25 August 2020 at 2:00pm (Central Time). Repair and Renovate Bleachers at Davidson Fitness Center at Fort Leonard Wood. Please see attached RFQ, In accordance with Statement of Work and Drawing 8276_a1v10. Repair and renovate (4) motorized and (2) manual bleacher sections in Davidson Fitness Center gymnasium to include: Lubricate entire system per manufacturer’s service guidelines. Replace all floor rollers per manufacturer’s service guidelines. Provide general service to check, adjust and tighten all serviceable components. Clean entire power system to ensure traction. Widen 9 row manual telescoping bleacher aisle to 48” minimum. Provide and install “P” self-storing handrails for all aisles on all bleachers. Provide and install self-storing end rails to meet required rail gap codes. Provide and install rear rails to meet required rail gap codes. Provide (4) bank end ADA spaces on ends of one of the motorized units on the South wall and on one of the motorized units on the north wall. (8) ADA spaces total. Replace or repair hinged oak skirt boards at floor level base of all bleachers. Provide submittals for all new equipment and handrails for government approval Technicians servicing bleachers shall include a Qualified Professional trained in the proper and safe use, operation and repair of bleachers, folding and telescopic seating and grandstands and who is knowledgeable in the requirements of the ICC 300 2017 standard Review all documents attached to this announcement.
