The Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all work in accordance with these specifications and drawings. Requirement needs to be completed by 1 April due to environmental restrictions imposed pertaining to the preservation of Bats. The suspense date for questions will be NLT 1200 CST February 18, 2020.
