The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine if there are Alaska Native Corporation, Indian Tribe, or small business entities who can perform the requirements stated in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified offerors that can provide/perform the stated requirement. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, from potential sources that have the capability to provide Grounds Maintenance services at Fort Rucker, Alabama in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). This Sources Sought Notice is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. Respondent will not be notified of the results of the information. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information for acquisition planning. All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified. Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants. This market survey is issued to determine the applicable planning and acquisition strategy based on responses indicating capability in responding to this requirement. Included in your capabilities statement, detail any recent experience (within the last 1 - 5 years) providing similar grounds maintenance services at different entities in which your company was in compliance with federal, state, local, and DoD regulations, plans, and policies (e.g., military installations or other commercial facilities); if applicable, please provide contract numbers. Interested offerors are requested and encouraged to submit responses not later than 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday, 2 August 2019.
