Solicitation - Upgrade and Replace Current Marquee Signage
This total small business set-aside solicitation seeks a firm fixed-price purchase order for commercial LED signage fabrication and installation to replace two existing marquee signs at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri (Replacement Ave and Iowa Ave). The contractor will design mock-ups, fabricate and install double-sided, full-color outdoor LED displays with secure cellular modem/router communication and a cloud-based CMS supporting images, video, and multi-frame messages, and will remove and lawfully dispose of the existing sign cabinets and hardware. The contractor must also provide all required cellular data service and CMS licensing for five years at no recurring cost to the Government, ensure compatibility with major carriers and modern web browsers, connect/power/test the signs with Government-provided electrical service within three feet, and deliver a project schedule, OPSEC/antiterrorism/local security compliance, user manuals, and up to one hour of training for up to six Government personnel. All work, including installation of the two marquee signs, must be completed within 120 days of contract award during normal duty hours, with the overall contract duration not exceeding 180 days. The applicable NAICS code is 339950 (Sign Manufacturing) with a 500-employee size standard; there will be no site visit or Q/A period, and offerors must maintain an active SAM registration and monitor the solicitation for amendments or RFI responses.
