1-3-2024 this amendment is to correct the pricing matrix boxes due to an error in estimated quantities. Offers due date and time has not been extended. 1-2-2024 This amendment is to make changes to the soliciation documents and respnd to the questions. No additional time will be given for offers due. See new attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested in response to Solicitation number W911S7-24-R-0005 and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01 effective 20 December 2018. This is a Total Small Business set-aside under 327320 – Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. All items quoted shall be FOB Destination to Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. All quotes shall include all cost associated with supplying, transportation, and delivery. Award will be based upon the vendor offering the lowest price for the items conforming to the salient technical characteristics as specified for the item. Type of Contract: The government anticipates a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement of a firm-fixed-price three-year contract. Written questions shall be submitted to shania.n.mcbride.civ@army.mil and victor.e.richards.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00am Local Time on 22 December 2023. Quotes/offers shall be submitted in writing in Microsoft Word or PDF, shall reference solicitation number W911S7-24-R-0005 in the subject line, and shall be submitted via e-mail to: shania.n.mcbride.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00am Local Time 05 January 2024. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business under the NAICS solicited in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
