This J&A is the authorization to solicit, negotiate and award a Base +4 Option Years Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type BPA on a sole source basis, directly to Peterson Travis, to providean introductory understanding of normative and problematic sexual behavior in children (age 12 and under), the origins of problematic sexual behavior, myths/misconceptions about the population, evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies for children who exhibit sexual behavior problems and how professionals can support children and families affected will be discussed.
