This J&A is the authorization to solicit, negotiate and award a Base +4 year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type BPA on a sole source basis, directly to 72 Hill Group LLC, to provide an introductory understanding of normative and problematic sexual behavior in children (age 12 and under), the origins of problematic sexual behavior, myths/misconceptions about the population, evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies for children who exhibit sexual behavior problems and how professionals can support children and families affected will be discussed.
