Description of Requirement: The Directorate of Public Works at Fort Leonard Wood, MO is seeking a non-personal services contract to provide kitchen hood ventilation system cleaning services to various kitchenhood ventilation systems located on Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a requirement contract for Kitchen Hood Ventilation Systems Cleaning for a period of three (3) years (Base Year plus two (2) OptionYears). This Amendment is to: • Extend the solicitation close date to 09:00 AM (CST) 24 May 2023, • Change the award date to 1 July 2023 • Change POP to start 15 July 2023 to 14 July 2024 • Reorganize the CLIN Structures, • Updated TE2 include pricing per quantity, • Include responses to Q&A, and • Add another Contract Specialist to requirement All terms and conditions remain the same.
