Proposals for publishing and distributing a civilian enterprise Post Guide and Map for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri is requested. this action will be awarded on a sompetitive basis. see the attached solicitation. Although Per DODI 5120.4, the FAR and DFARS do not apply to this solicitation, the Standard Form 1449 is being utilized as the contract vehicle.
