The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract to provide Stage Lighting, Sound Reinforcement and Video Projection Services to enhance the overall product to the 399th Army Band provides. The contractor Shall execute the 399th Army Band’s lighting plan and sound reinforcement. The Contractor will provide lighting, sound, video production, and livestreaming equipment services. The Contractor will also provide properly vetted-personnel to operate required services. Service Shall be in keeping with the musical requirements for the Holiday Concert located at Nutter Fieldhouse, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). **NOTE: All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications can be submitted at https://www.sam.gov/. Offeror must be certified through the SBA as a Total Small Business (as solicited) at the time of submission of bid. Offeror shall comply with SBA requirements for verified eligibility and all required documents. Offerors not possessing a valid, active, and verifiable eligibility at the time of bid submission will not be considered for award. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 512110 is included in their profile prior to submission of bids.
