This is a non-personal services to supply propane gas on a requirements basis for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and the US Army Lake of the Ozark Recreation Facility (LORA) near Camdenton, Missouri. The goal is to support mission accomplishment by providing propane gas to tanks located on Fort Leonard Wood and at LORA. To meet this goal, close coordination is required between the Contractor and Contracting Officer’s representative (COR) to efficiently supply and deliver propane gas services while minimizing disruptions to operations and meeting security requirements. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
