This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Mission Installation Contracting Command – Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, solicitation number W911S7-20-R-0001. The Mission Installation Contracting Command – Fort Leonard Wood (FLW), located at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to issue a solicitation under Authority of FAR Part 15 for the Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF) Facilities Operations & Maintenance Support Services. This action will be solicited as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) noncommercial services acquisition using full and open competition, and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The Government is anticipating awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of the solicitation depending on what is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services and the standard size is $41,500,000. Subcontracting opportunities do exist for this acquisition. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted through the Government Point of Entry (GPE) on beta.sam.gov (https://beta.sam.gov/) or about 20 December 2019.
