The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. 65473, is issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) to establish a blanket purchasing agreement (BPA) and obtain electrical supplies for the Electrician’s course in the United States Army Engineer School. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This RFQ is only open to those who can supply and match the requirements below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number associated with this RFQ is W911S7-20-Q-0010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 as of 01-25-2021. This is a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The electrical supply items requested are attached to this synopsis.This IS NOT a brand name requirement, however, SKU's have been provided to assist companies in preparing their quotes. The Government will consider equal items. The expected delivery date is 30 ARO. Place of delivery is W4K7 CO E 35th EN BN P 292 Ordinance Dr, Ft. Leonard Wood MO. 65473. FOB Destination. No additional lines for shipping. Items will be inspected by the Government and accepted by the Government. Terms of payment are NET 30 days after inspections and acceptance. Invoicing and payment will be conducted through WAWF portal. The resulting contract will be a five year Blanket Purchasing Agreement.
