The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. 65473, is issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) to establish a blanket purchasing agreement (BPA) and obtain electrical supplies for the Electrician’s course in the United States Army Engineer School. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This RFQ is only open to those who can supply and match the requirements below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number associated with this RFQ is W911S7-20-Q-0010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 as of 01-25-2021. This is a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The electrical supply items requested are attached to this synopsis.This IS NOT a brand name requirement, however, SKU's have been provided to assist companies in preparing their quotes. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires electrical supplies are needed to sustain and complete training. The intent of this Sources Sought is to assess the state-of-the art of the technology available in appropriate electrical supplies and products that could be applied to meet this requirement. The Government envisions a solution for electrical supplies that meets the following operational and program requirements: please see the attached supply listing that will be used for ordering during the life of the BPA contract. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS None ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is (33599) with a Small Business Size Standard of (500). The Product Service Code (PSC) is (5340).
