BPA for Domestic Violence Intervention Training (DVIT) Guest Speaker Services
This contract requires a guest speaker with firsthand experience as a victim of domestic violence within the DoD, where the incident was reported and resulted in a conviction, to instruct at a Domestic Violence Intervention Training course. The speaker will provide a one-hour presentation up to twelve times per year, traveling to Fort Leonard Wood, MO, and other CONUS locations. The course is a one-week program taught approximately six times per year at Fort Leonard Wood and seven times on-site at host installations. The training is for DoD police, investigators, behavioral health personnel, and clergy who deal with domestic violence cases. The contractor will operate under a fixed-rate blanket purchase agreement.
