Dugway Proving Ground Environmental Support / Central Hazardous Waste Services
The U.S. Army requires comprehensive environmental support services at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) in Utah, including operation of the Central Hazardous Waste Storage Facility and management of hazardous and regulated waste streams. The contractor must also ensure regulatory compliance with RCRA, Clean Air Act, and landfill permits. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price, with a total performance period not to exceed 66 months, including a one-month phase-in, an 11-month base period, and four 12-month options. A site visit is scheduled for May 4, 2026, with an RSVP deadline of April 29, 2026. Offerors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment score in SPRS and meet CMMC requirements prior to award.
