This is a Brand Name or Equal opportunity for this action. Equivalent radios will be considered if they can be programmed to function on the Motorola P25 Trunked System currently in place for Dugway Proving Grounds' Test Center. This action is for the Special Programs Division within the West Desert Test Center at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah.
