ThermoFisher is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for these instruments and has the expertise to maintain these systems. All hardware and software within these PCR and flow cytometer instruments are proprietary and ThermoFisher is the only contractor authorized to work on the equipment. The contractor does not have any distributors.
