All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered. This is a sole source requirement for the performance of additional capability for an existing Labware LIMS software system. The Chemical Test Division, Dugway Proving Ground, has already acquired LabWare LIMS software and initiated development with the assistance of certified LabWare consultants. LabWare certified consultant expertise is needed for advanced development and testing of the system. This additional support is necessary to complete the system and achieve full production. Only LabWare has the expertise and proprietary Labware software access required for full implementation.
