The Chemical Test Division of the US Army, Dugway Proving Ground, is seeking proposals for an upgrade to the conference room multimedia system. The current system is outdated and no longer able to be serviced. The existing equipment must be replaced to meet mission capabilities including training chem-test division personnel, conferencing with test teams and customers, and providing audio visual presentations in a manner that meets Army regulations and IT security requirements. All systems installed must be capable of interfacing with established network systems. All installation will be included as part of the proposal. Training of the new equipment and system interface must also be included along with appropriate instruction manuals and documents. See attached documents for additional details and full requirements.
