This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with TSI Incorporated. This is for the purchase and delivery of (1) TSI 3330 Optical Particle Sizer Spectrometer (OPS) to include operation manual, power supply, one battery, purge filter, USB cable, carrying case, and Aerosol Instrument Manager software; and (10) TSI 1130003 3330 OPS Replacement Pumps with connectors.
