This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Campbell Scientific, Inc. This is for the Calibration/Refurbishment and Repair of CS110 EFMs and purchase/delivery of meteorological tower network equipment (sensors, cables, firmware, specialized instruments) . Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.103-1(b)(1) supplies, services, and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Any interested that believe they can provide service/supplies, may contact the Contract Specialist and submit a capability statement for consideration. The Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Meteorology Division (MET) is looking for calibration, refurbishment, and repair services for 12 EFMs currently owned by DPG-MET. In addition, the additional sensors, cables, firmware, and other specialisted instruments must be compatible with the current sensor network and affiliated data collection platform. The MET network incluces more than 100 towers with mind monitors, temperature probes and numerous other sensors. The service must provide functioning sensors and other hardware capable of communicating with the existing weather station.
