PHASE II SOURCES SOUGHT The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) currently intends to award a contract of the assessment evaluation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of up to forty-four (44) Julabo laboratory grade refrigerated circulators, recirculating chillers, and immersion coolers. Julabo USA, Inc. has an intimate knowledge of the DPG Julabo laboratory grade refrigerated circulators, recirculating chillers, immersion coolers, and resources making them capable to perform the assessment evaluation, maintenance, and repair of each unit including those that are older that are no longer in production. The Objectives of this requirement include the initial assessment evaluation of units, confirm functionality, change fluids, adjust manufacturers-controlled settings, make necessary repairs to non-fully functional units, and preventative maintenance included in all units. The scope of work needed is as follows: Phase 1 Initial assessment evaluation- Provide evaluation of Functionality Units only needing preventative maintenance Units needing repair Parts needed to make repairs Time needed for maintenance and repairs Break out of labor and parts needed to perform maintenance and repair Provide quote for the maintenance and repairs identified Phase 2 Will include all actual maintenance and repairs identified in phase 1, a long with all preventative maintenance needed, and approved by the acquiring active and the Contracting Officer.
