PHASE II SOURCES SOUGHT The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) currently intends to award a contract the supply of one (1) AirSentry infrared transmissometer, three (3) UVSentry ultraviolet and visible transmissometers, one (1) 60 cube FTIR retro-flector array, five (5) heavy duty precision pan/tilt alignment mechanism, and five (5) heavy duty tripods. The transmissometers and accessories must be fully operational in outdoor environmental conditions from 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Cerex Monitoring solutions is the only reasonable source who can provide a combined ultraviolet and visible transmissometer designed for use in the field. The Cerex Monitoring Solutions Transmissometers basic configuration shall include and not are separately priced: Airsentry FTIR Monostatic Open Path Analyzer: Open path FTIR telescope (quick mount) Cryocooled MCT detector with 2-year cryocooler compressor warranty External Type A USB port External Ethernet port Integrated Industrial PC controller Integrated 802.11 N WiFi™ Router Alignment sighting scope Dovetail mount, Heavy Duty Thermo-electric instrument air conditioner Power cord, 2 meters Integrated 0.15 m QA cell Cerex CMS software UV Sentry Monostatic Open Path Multi-Gas Analyzer: Xenon UV source or Deuterium UV source External Type A USB port External Ethernet port Integrated PC controller Integrated touchscreen Alignment sighting scope Dovetail mount, Heavy Duty Cerex CMS software Power cord, 2 meters Integrated Quality Assurance Cell with Temperature and Pressure Correction (Pathlength 0.0540 Meter X 0.475 Liter Volume) A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, if a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE).
