The estimated cost of this requirement is $62,000. Perform additional services for seasonal religious support and days of specific religious obligation determined week day or Sunday depending on the specific religious holidays. Weekly Mass shall be conducted once every week. This religious service shall provide for all the fundamental needs or requirements of the catholic congregation. The service shall include a message or homily, sacramental worship and personal ministry, i.e. Confession, or pastoral counsel. The contracted person shall also remain after the service for personal counsel and social integration as needed within a reasonable timeframe. The performance of all services under this contract shall be accomplished within the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church, Army Regulation and directives, and the installation Staff Chaplain’s policy statements. Contract clergy will be approved by the Archdiocese of the military service. Service fulfills Program Reference 1 and 3 of command Master Religious Program. Option for 10 additional units of service to fulfill congregates needs for seasonal worship and days of obligation, weddings or funerals, or oversight for religious education, as requested by the installation Chaplain.
