Amendment 0002 - Additional Q & A received through 11/10/2020, Response date corrected in Beta SAM, Sample work order (See Attachment) Amendment 0001 - Q & A from Site Visit (See Attachment) The Special Programs Division of the West Desert Test Center currently owns 4 emergency generators that are not maintained nor repaired under the BASEOPS support contract. The generators are located at the Granite Bio Test Facility (Georgia Facility), two at the Wig Test Complex (Mustang Village and Wyoming Facility), and one in the Ditto area. The Special Programs requires a non-personal services contract which provides personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform annual fixed site generator maintenance. An information CLIN (x00005) has been included to anticipate unplanned (emergency) repairs which will be awarded separately, as needed, via a Contract Work Order (CWO). Repair personnel will be US Citizens capable of being granted access to Dugway Proving Ground (no active warrants, no foreign nationals etc.). Repair personnel will provide the government with a detailed report of repair tasks conducted and any issues that may impact the normal function of the generators.
