The Biological Test Division/ Combat Capabilities Development Command, Bldg. 2029 located at US Army Dugway Proving Ground, UT 84022-5004. Needs to procure a service contract that assures consistent and calibrated operation of twenty (20) autoclaves and one (1) laboratory glassware washer. BTD has a requirement to sustain its autoclaves and glassware washer. To further that end, BTD requires the ability to clean and sterilize test materials and test equipment for developmental and operational testing of its biological defense systems We are in need of a single provider to conduct preventative Maintenance and repair of the following systems: QTY MACHINE TYPE MODEL 1 Autoclave Amsco: FINN-AQUA 1 Autoclave Primus C 1955 5 Autoclave Primus F 2 Autoclave Primus model L 2 Autoclave Primus PSS5-B-MSSD 1 Autoclave Steris SV3033 4 Autoclave Steris SV3053 3 Autoclave Systec DX-150-2D 1 Autoclave Tuttnauer 5596SP-IR 1 Glassware washer Steelco LAB 1000 Maintenance and repair tasks will be onsite at DPG. Training on functionality is also required on any newer software upgrades or hardware issues. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance & technical services in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). Further detail is provided in the draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 1). The estimated period of performance consists of Base period of 1 year plus 4 option periods of 1 year each with performance commencing in July 01, 2020. Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Level of Effort for 5 years is estimated at 3,700 man-hours.
