The government seeks two new, complete pneumatic chain hoist assemblies for overhead lifting, brand name or equal to Cisco-Eagle SKU TCRP-1627048 / reference model TCRP2000P2. Each unit must provide at least 2 short tons (4,000 lb) capacity, minimum 10-ft lift, lug mounting, standard bottom hook, 7.5-ft pendant control or equivalent reach, and a canvas chain container. Offered hoists must be compatible with the government’s existing 4-inch flange track interface covering 3.23–6.02 inches and include required manufacturer identification, rated-capacity markings, and documentation. Offerors must provide manufacturer name and exact part number, descriptive literature, dimensional drawing, warranty/service point of contact, proposed delivery lead time, and shipping terms; equal products must be clearly identified and documented as meeting all salient characteristics. Technical acceptability is pass/fail based on sufficient documentation of every mandatory characteristic, and delivery is F.O.B. destination with government inspection for quantity, damage, completeness, markings, and quoted make/model compliance.
