The contractor must furnish new, unused, commercially available products meeting the stated material specifications, grades, forms, dimensions, and quantities, free from defects; used, reclaimed, repaired, remnant, or substitute-grade material is unacceptable. Required items include six thin-section bearings equal to Kaydon JG180XP0, three right-hand self-lubricating female rod ends equal to QA1 CFR8T/CTFD-8, three rod ends equal to QA1 CMR8T/CTMD-8, six retaining rings equal to Rotor Clip SE-98, 600 feet of No. 60 single-strand roller chain in continuous 100-foot rolls with master links equal to Diamond DMD-60-1R, and six 1-1/2 inch NPT stainless-steel swivel joints equal to OPW 3750-0151. Offerors must identify by CLIN the manufacturer or mill/distributor, material specification and grade, product form, nominal dimensions, and any exceptions. Equal products require manufacturer datasheets and a completed compliance crosswalk, and substitutions require prior written Contracting Officer authorization. The contractor must provide a certificate of conformance for each CLIN, with a mill test report only if the requiring activity has a documented need; the Government will inspect for quantity, condition, identity, documentation, and conformance, and acceptance is not waived by vendor terms.
