The Government seeks to purchase and deliver one new, current-production heavy-capacity battery-electric four-wheel sit-down counterbalanced forklift for indoor industrial material handling; used, refurbished, remanufactured, prototype, or demonstrator equipment is unacceptable. The forklift must meet or exceed specified minimums, including at least 28,700 lb rated capacity at a 24-inch load center and 103.5-inch maximum fork height with forks/fork positioner installed, plus cushion tires, AC drive/lift, operator-presence interlock, alarms/lights/rear camera, battery/charger/accessories, manuals, a 12-month/2,000-hour complete warranty, a 36-month/6,000-hour powertrain warranty, and on-site operator orientation at delivery. Offerors may propose any make/model meeting all requirements and must provide manufacturer/model information, product literature/spec sheet/dimensional drawing, a compliance matrix, rated-capacity documentation, battery/charger details, warranty/service-provider information, and a proposed delivery schedule. Delivery is required to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Warehouse 8, C Tree Rd, McAlester, OK 74501, before or no later than September 30, 2027, FOB Destination, fully assembled, serviced, inspected, and ready for operation, with contractor-coordinated unloading/placement unless the award states otherwise. The Government will inspect upon delivery and may reject equipment that is defective, does not match the awarded configuration/specifications, lacks required attachments/manuals/warranty documents/capacity plate, or is not fully operational.
