This is a supply-and-delivery requirement for galvanized steel modular quick-disconnect ductwork and components for an air-conditioning system; installation, field fabrication, field welding, and connection to existing equipment are not included. Offered items must be mutually compatible quick-disconnect components—straight ducts, reducers, wye connectors, elbows, tees, airflow dampers, saddle hangers, and gasketed clamps—with same-diameter connections requiring no field adapters, welding, rivets, or screws. Materials are restricted to galvanized steel: straight duct and dampers generally 20-gauge, fittings 18-gauge, and saddle hangers 14-gauge, with nominal duct sizes from 16 to 24 inches and specified quantities. Equal products are acceptable only if they meet or exceed all dimensional, material, gauge, connection, configuration, and quantity requirements and are fully compatible; manufacturer literature may be requested to verify compliance. Government inspection may check item type, size, gauge, quantity, construction, connection compatibility, configurations, condition, packaging, and documentation, and noncompliant items may be rejected.
