The product must be compact, not exceeding 4" x 2.5" x 1.5" and weighing no more than 6 oz with battery. It must operate on a single 3V battery with at least 3.5 hours of continuous use on the highest setting and be submersible to 1 meter for 1 hour. It requires independent aim/illuminator adjusters with 0.5 mrad retention, plus adjustable IR and visible lasers with high settings of at least 35mW and 80mW respectively. Accessories must include a soft case, manuals, remote switch, diffuser, and adjustment tools.
