The government is seeking a contractor to design, manufacture, and deliver one custom-built, 42-foot heavy-duty Mobile Command Center (MCC) trailer for use as a multi-agency incident command post during large-scale emergencies. The exterior will include a fifth-wheel/gooseneck configuration, two slide-outs, an automatic hydraulic leveling system, a motorized awning, custom vinyl wrapping, and full emergency LED lighting. Power and climate systems comprise a 20kW diesel generator, three roof-mounted HVAC units, shore power capability, and a UPS for communications equipment. The interior will feature a main operations area and a secure conference room with six workstations (including one dispatch console), cabinetry, and whiteboards. The trailer will be pre-wired with a server rack, antenna bases, and CAT6 drops, and will include a large interactive touchscreen monitor for the conference area.
