The Operations Group seeks to procure fabrication tools needed to produce 800 rotating target mounts in support of Rotational Live Fire Training Exercises. These tools are required for cutting, welding, drilling, and assembling components to meet strength and quality standards. Without them, fabrication cannot be completed efficiently or at the required volume to satisfy operational timelines. Acquiring the tools will enable mount construction, support long-term sustainment, and enhance target reorientation speed, training flexibility, and live fire effectiveness.
