This opportunity requires an instrument capable of real-time data acquisition from multiple measurement modes, including monochromator-based fluorescence, UV/Vis absorbance, and luminescence. Key technical specifications include a linear variable monochromator with tunable band passes up to 100nm, a tunable dichroic mirror for an air-based light path, and auto-ranging detector sensitivity for fluorescence below 760,000,000 counts with enhanced dynamic range response under 0.1s. The system must provide complete UV/Vis absorbance spectra (220nm–1000nm at 1nm resolution) in under 0.5s using a dedicated diode array spectrometer, along with heated optics to maintain uniform temperature for incubated microplate wells. Additional requirements include a temperature controller up to 45°C, bottom reading capability, two reagent injectors, and atmospheric control for CO2 and O2 at 5% CO2. The instrument must also include software for data visualization and analysis.
