This is a solicitation for 400 wood grade ties, sized 7" x 9" x 8'6", that must meet AREMA specifications, be made of all domestic materials, and be new. The material must be delivered exclusively by truck to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, on June 2, 2026, with no deliveries accepted sooner or later. Personnel delivering to the installation must possess a REAL ID-compliant credential or an acceptable alternate form of identification for base access.
