Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for contractor support to establish and maintain an Electronic Key Storage System for a directorate. The system must be capable of storing a large quantity of key rings and provide comprehensive software and hardware support, including all repairs, replacements, and shipping at no additional charge. Required support includes a dedicated, non-networked PC server and peripherals located in Building 9106, with 365-day annual software support. The contractor must respond to inoperable system issues within four business days. The contract includes a base year plus four option years for maintenance services.
