Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract to provide a prebuilt modular home with a screened-in porch, designed for four-season use, to be installed at Fort Drum. The building includes detailed interior finishes, appliances, furniture, and comprehensive fire protection systems requiring design and oversight by a qualified Fire Protection Engineer (FPE). The FPE must be a registered P.E. with specific NCEES certification and a minimum of five years of verifiable experience. The scope includes all site work for utilities, stairs, and building supports, tying into existing concrete pads and service stubs.
