Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract to provide a prebuilt, four-season modular home with a screened-in porch, not exceeding specific exterior dimensions. The building requires a comprehensive, code-compliant fire protection system including sprinklers and an addressable alarm system, all designed and overseen by a qualified Fire Protection Engineer (FPE). The FPE must be a registered P.E. with specific NCEES exam credentials and a minimum of five years of verifiable experience. The work includes connecting to existing site utilities and providing a furnished interior with specified appliances and finishes.
