Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement for two types of serialized forensic grid tape with specific sizes, materials, and packaging requirements. The required quantities are 5,000 units per meter for the 8.5" x 3.75" tape and 2,000 units per meter for the 4.25" x 3.5" tape. Each tape must have consecutively numbered serialization and a dedicated section for handwritten evidence information. The materials must be Stock#373 2.0 Clear Polyester with permanent adhesive and Stock#90 1 Clear Laminate. The finished product must be sheeted in stacks of 100 pieces and shrink-wrapped.
