This solicitation seeks Architect-Engineering (A-E) design services to modernize the Acid Tank Area at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) in Virginia. The modernized facility must support the capacity requirements of three upgraded production plants: the Nitric Acid Concentrator/Sulfuric Acid Concentrator (NAC/SAC), the Modernized Nitrocellulose (MNC) facility, and the Modernized Nitroglycerin Production Facility (NG-3).
