Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price requirement to provide a cloud-based Construction Cost Estimating Software system integrated with the BNi Unit Price Book. The contractor must deliver and maintain the system, including all personnel, licenses, hosting, and support, for a five-year (60-month) subscription period. Services will be performed for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Drum.
